Gift Certificates:

We offer gift certificates in increments of either $10, $25,or $50. There are two types of Gift Certificates:

1. The hard copy Gift Certificate will be mailed to you or to the person of your choice. These certificates can be used over the phone or at the box office window. These are the choice for people who wish to give a hard copy certificate to someone as a gift.

2. Online Gift Certificates are available for those who wish to email the credit to someone in order for them to use the Gift Certificate for online purchases. They do not get a hard copy certificate, just an email stating what the amount of the certificate is and a code that they must enter when ordering tickets online.

Occasionally we offer special discounts on Gift Certificate purchases. Gift Certificates purchased at a discount are specially marked and are not valid for purchasing Season Passes. Only Gift Certificates purchased for full price are valid on Season Passes. Gift Certificates can not be used to purchase concessions from the concession stand. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for Gift Certificate purchases. All sales are final.

TICKET POLICIES:

Please note that all purchased tickets will be held at WILL CALL; we do not mail tickets. No cancellations or refunds. Ticket exchanges can be made in person at the Box Office based upon the availability. We do not currently charge a fee for online ticket purchases.

Box Office opens 30 minutes prior to show time and doors to the theatre open 15 minutes before show time and curtain will open on time.

Please be courteous to the actors and fellow patrons by arriving on time. For some shows you may NOT be permitted to enter the theatre until an appropriate time in the show. Please do not enter theatre without an escort.

We strongly suggest that children under the age of 4 not be brought to the theatre.

No outside food or drink allowed in the theatre.

The use of cameras, recording devices, cellular phones, radios, and pagers is strictly forbidden.
